Your physical well-being is always taken care of in our hotel. Chef Fabian and his crew cook with passion every day using the freshest ingredients for your culinary experience. Regionality and sustainability are very important to us and are therefore very important to us. We source our food mainly from local producers. As a result, we have been awarded the AMA Gastro Seal for several years.
